• Due diligence including architectural and engineering integrity and condition assessments for real estate acquisition programmes.
• Property & terrestrial tenure access (land, building and portfolio acquisition services) which comprises site search, negotiation and coordination of commercial documentation for contracts for acquisition of real estate tenure (freehold,lease or occupation licenses and rights of way) for infrastructure assets, such as transport corridors, telecommunications, energy and water installations.
