Thompson Wentworth commenced providing property and asset management services to landlords and unit developers in Wellington in the early 80’s. The business today is Christchurch headquartered and provides a discrete set of specialist asset management services to property developers, investors, owners and occupiers across New Zealand, and into Australia via its related party company Spatia  where we advise both New Zealand property owning and occupying companies with a presence in Australia and Australian businesses with a property presence in New Zealand.
