Dave Marshall

David leads Thompson Wentworth’s Project Services business unit and comes to Thompson Wentworth from an original background in aviation engineering which over the last 15 years has morphed into a career in property.

In 2008 David took his original technical training and aptitude for critical engineering maintenance based solutions and applied this to the property design and construction sector and has since developed extensive experience across the property design & build management continuum including; commercial, industrial, retail and residential development sectors.

This merging of aviation engineering and construction industry experience brings a unique combination of technical expertise and attention to detail which is central to David’s key service delivery approach to Thompson Wentworth’s Property and Body Corporate Management Clients. This includes earthquake remediation scoping and pricing and project management of both EQC and private sector insurance supported repair and remediation solutions.
